Acai Energy Smoothie Recipe

This acai energy smoothie is a perfect boost in the morning and after a tough workout!


  • 2 packs Sambazon Original Açaí
  • 1 organic banana
  • 4oz organic mixed berries
  • 8oz of green tea


  • Add Original Açaí, Green Tea, berries and banana into blender.
  • Blend on high. Add more green tea if necessary- but keep it thick.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.

Laboratory tests show that açaí is a rich source of antioxidants called anthocyanins, which are the same phytochemicals that provide the healthy benefits of red wine.

Analysis also shows that açaí is packed with unsaturated healthy fats that have a fatty acid ratio similar to olive oil, which is considered to be a contributing factor to the low incidence of heart disease in Mediterranean populations.
